KEE Process NuDisc® is a totally self-contained, covered, single piece packaged treatment system for onsite wastewater treatment. The KEE NuDisc® can be configured for BOD reduction, suspended solids reduction, Ammoniacal and/or total Nitrogen reduction and Phosphorus reduction. Introduced from the US, the new Triton Aerator/Mixer overcomes the previous limitations of oxidation ditch technology and can be used to revitalise existing oxidation ditches and extended aeration plant or systems based on the activated sludge process. Using the dual mode processor capabilities of Triton Aerator, aeration basins up to depths of 10m can be completely aerated and mixed. Existing Oxidation Ditches (OD) can be retro-fitted and new OD plants benefit with a much smaller footprint.
These modules offer biological treatment stages for small to medium sized wastewater treatment plants. The DC module range is optimised for carbonaceous BOD removal and the DN module range is optimised for Nitrification and/or total Nitrogen removal and Phosphorus reduction. The unique patented KEE Managed Flow® technology is incorporated as standard. The KEE dispersed air flotation system is specifically designed for physical/chemical pre-treatment of wastewater. The Microfloat removes fats, oil and grease in the pre-treatment process and therefore the biological wastewater treatment greatly reduces the load for the downstream biological treatment facilities.
These modules offer biological treatment stages for larger sized wastewater treatment plants. The unique Managed Flow® technology is incorporated as standard. KEE Process EA and SBR systems can be packaged or customised to suit domestic and industrial wastewater. The customised plants are modular construction enabling phased construction and extensions as flows and loads increase.
KEE Process supplies a new range of advanced design Hopper bottom GRP Settlement Tanks for small wastewater treatment plants. A high-performance jointing system provides watertight joints between components of the tank and the reduced assembly time achieves greater cost savings. The KEE SBR process is a compact yet adaptable system proven to produce high quality effluent from Municipal and Industrial wastewater. The reactor tanks can be prefabricated from glassfibre reinforced polyester for small flows and steel or concrete for larger flows. They can be installed above or below ground, depending on site conditions, and have a small footprint with low environmental impact.
The KEE EnviroSAF, Submerged Aerated Filter Biological Reactor, forms the aerobic biological stage of a packaged wastewater treatment system. The SAF plants are available as compact packaged plants or as packaged modular systems. KEE has an extensive range of hire units to suit most sites. The company can also manufacture equipment to specific criteria, if the existing equipment in their inventory does not match the requirements.
