Job Summary (key tasks, responsibilities, authorities and accountability):
Overall responsibility for answering phones and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputting customer data into company systems. Specifically responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls to the Service Department within 3 rings,
- Distributing calls to the relevant individual,
- Liaising with Customers, Field Engineers and Account Managers to efficiently schedule work on the BigChange software,
- Confirm Engineer appointments via email/phone as required,
- Maintain and update CRM software as required, and
- Maintain Field Engineers calendar (down time due to vehicle servicing, holidays and sick etc).
Other duties:
- Assist in covering other areas of the Service Department during busy periods or holidays etc
- Any other duty or task as reasonably requested by a senior manager commensurate with the post
