  • 0830 – 1700 (1hr unpaid lunch)

Job Summary (key tasks, responsibilities, authorities and accountability):

Overall responsibility for answering phones and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputting customer data into company systems. Specifically responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls to the Service Department within 3 rings,
  • Distributing calls to the relevant individual,
  • Liaising with Customers, Field Engineers and Account Managers to efficiently schedule work on the BigChange software,
  • Confirm Engineer appointments via email/phone as required,
  • Maintain and update CRM software as required, and
  • Maintain Field Engineers calendar (down time due to vehicle servicing, holidays and sick etc).

Other duties:

  • Assist in covering other areas of the Service Department during busy periods or holidays etc
  • Any other duty or task as reasonably requested by a senior manager commensurate with the post
